Meet our instructors

Scarlett is a certified yoga instructor and Pilates instructor with 7 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about teaching creative, inclusive, and mindful classes that emphasize power, alignment, breathwork, and meditation.

She also has experience teaching prenatal yoga and postnatal recovery classes, guiding new mothers through physical and emotional adjustments during their practice. Her approach helps them cultivate greater health and joy.

She is also a certified sound-healing instructor.

NueNue is a Balanced Body-trained pilates teacher, ACE-certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. She took her first Pilates class after learning about it in physical therapy for a knee injury from dance. Since then, Pilates has become her favorite modality of exercise to practice and teach. Nuenue teaches in both English and Chinese. Her classes incorporate exercises on mat, reformer, and apparatus to engage the whole body. She believes the transformation should be felt through better posture, daily functioning, performance in other sports, and most importantly, control and confidence in your body.

Fun fact: Nuenue once threw a pilates party for her birthday.

Sara is a certified yoga instructor. Her movement journey began at the age of five with ballet, where she first developed flexibility and elegant expression. She has been practicing yoga for over five years, while her early practice drew on the flexibility and deep backbends she carried from ballet, yoga gradually taught her a deeper lesson with importance of rounding the spine, activating the core, and finding balance between strength and openness. For Sara, yoga is not about achieving poses, but about honoring limitations and exploring the endless possibilities of body and mind. She is passionate about creating a welcoming space where students can move with curiosity, presence, and compassion on their own unique journeys.

Aurora is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing various styles of yoga for just over 5 years.

She is passionate about the healing effects that yoga can have on the mind, body, and spirit. Movement is her medicine. She believes yoga is not just a class, it is a mindset and a way of life to be shared with others. Outside of her yoga practice, she enjoys breakdancing and teaching music.

Carlie Davis is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with nearly a decade of personal practice. Her classes are upbeat, dynamic, and rooted in intention—designed to move energy, build strength, and bring you back to yourself. With a bubbly spirit and a love for creative flow, Carlie holds space for exploration, expression, and simply feeling good in your body. Guided by the philosophies of yoga, she teaches not just for the poses, but for the way this practice helps us become more grounded, present, and empowered, on and off the mat. Her goal is simple: that you leave class feeling better than when you walked in.

Skyler is a Pilates teacher with 5 years of teaching experience.

She is passionate about movement, teaching, and wellness. With a background in cheerleading, outdoor sports, and creative work in writing and performance, she brings leadership, creativity, and a supportive approach to helping others build confidence in their bodies.
