Pilates Instructor

Sydney(English Chinese )

Sydney is a Balanced Body-trained pilates instructor, inspired by the classical pilates method, but she also came to appreciate the scientific precision of modern Pilates training methods. Pilates has transformed the way she moves and feels, and it has shown her how powerful mindful movement can be in our daily lives. she believes Pilates can help us build flexibility, strength, and mobility, creating a foundation for healthier, more supported movement both in and out of the studio. she wants to guide students toward feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected in their bodies.

Pilates Instructor

Judy (English Korean )

Judy is a Classical Pilates instructor , trained by the students of Romana Kryzanowska—one of Joseph Pilates’ closest protégés. She first started Pilates to relieve pain and strengthen her core before, during, and after pregnancy—and quickly fell in love with how powerful and effective it is.

With over 5 years of dedicated practice, Judy teaches the full Classical Pilates system using Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Barrel. Her classes are available in both English and Korean. She hopes that every session becomes a moment of healing and restoration for each of her students.

Pilates Instructor

Matilda(English)

Matilda fell over heels with Pilates right after her first session ever. With the help of the best mentors she ever had to go through her journey as a “pilatist,” . Matilda conceives her classes by following the idea of being exceptionally mindful, and exclusively connected to the whisper of body and soul as any moves are taking place during a session. She wants anyone to be able to write a love story with their own being, to be able to produce an unbreakable confidence within themselves, and to experiment a regenerated feeling as the session ends.

Yoga Instructor

Sara( English Chinese Cantonese )

Sara is a certified yoga instructor. Her movement journey began at the age of five with ballet, where she first developed flexibility and elegant expression. She has been practicing yoga for over five years, while her early practice drew on the flexibility and deep backbends she carried from ballet, yoga gradually taught her a deeper lesson with importance of rounding the spine, activating the core, and finding balance between strength and openness. For Sara, yoga is not about achieving poses, but about honoring limitations and exploring the endless possibilities of body and mind.

Yoga Instructor

Aurora (English )

Aurora is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing various styles of yoga for just over 5 years.

She is passionate about the healing effects that yoga can have on the mind, body, and spirit. Movement is her medicine. She believes yoga is not just a class, it is a mindset and a way of life to be shared with others. Outside of her yoga practice, she enjoys breakdancing and teaching music.
