What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
The 6 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 6 hours, Drop-in clients are subjected to a 50% charge, and credit package holders will be charged 50% full credits. No show up for your session, you will be charged for the full lesson.
What is your general arrival guidelines?
please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts
Please sign the online waiver and let the instructor know about any injuries or special requests before class begins.
please put your phone on silent and keep it stowed away.
The grip socks are required for safety and cleanliness for Pilates class. We also sell them if you forget.
Please bring your own mat. We offer the $5 mat rental per use and sell new yoga mats $69 in studio if you forget.
For new students: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for an introduction to the studio and any specialized equipment.
Which session should I take?
For Yoga class, if you are a beginner, we recommend starting with our private session.
For Pilates class, we only offer private and duet Pilates sessions. Your professional and experienced instructor will create a personal workout for your specific needs using all Pilates equipment to best suit your needs.
If you are currently pregnant or have recently given birth, we highly recommend joining our prenatal & postnatal special courses after you are approved by your Obstetrician. Our featured courses include yoga and Pilates guidance, specifically designed to support you through this special period and help your body recover and thrive. We have a restroom , beverage Station for your convenience.
There is also a paid parking Lot next to our building and a few street parking spots.
